Privacy policy

A clear explanation of what information this site uses and what happens when you contact Delaux.

Information you provide

When you submit the project inquiry, the details you enter are sent to Delaux’s application endpoint. They may include your name, work email, website, business stage, revenue range, budget, timing, goals, and preferred next step. The service retains successfully received inquiries using private hosting storage or delivers them to Delaux’s email inbox. If automatic delivery is unavailable, the form offers a separate email option that you must send yourself.

Delaux uses inquiries to respond, review fit, discuss a project, and manage a resulting client relationship. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Payments and outside services

The deposit button opens a Whop payment page in a new tab. If you use it, payment information is submitted directly to Whop and is handled under its terms and privacy practices. Delaux does not receive your full payment card details through this website.

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and a Delaux logo image from Shopify’s content delivery network. Those providers may receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser request, when your device loads their resources. Their own privacy notices govern their services.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The current site does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or a cookie banner, and the inquiry answers are not saved in browser storage. Cloudflare hosts the website and stores inquiries submitted through its application form in a private database. During the hosting transition, Vercel may also serve the website and process inquiries in its private storage. An email delivery provider may be used to notify Delaux of inquiries. Hosting and external service providers may process technical data needed to deliver their services. If these site features change, this policy will be updated.

How information is used and kept

Information received through the application form or by email is used to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to coordinate the engagement. Delaux retains inquiry records and email correspondence as reasonably needed for those purposes, business records, and legal obligations, then deletes or de-identifies them when practical.

Delaux does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers you choose to use (such as your email provider or Whop) or when disclosure is required by law.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to send an inquiry or use the payment link. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have sent to Delaux, email Delaux.support@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons.

Changes and contact

This policy may be updated as the site or its services change. The date above shows the latest revision. Questions about privacy can be sent to Delaux.support@gmail.com.
